Scope of role and responsibilities:
• Proactive recruitment of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA-CAs and CPAs)
• Provide professional career consultations and resume guidance to candidates
• Collaborate with Partners of the firm to provide information for business development
• Strategic use of resources to identify and contact suitable candidates for search mandates
• Take ownership of strategic recruiting initiatives to target an assigned market segment
• Execute various recruitment techniques and campaigns with a targeted approach
• Propose job opportunities and consult candidates on alignment with goals and experience
• Ongoing relationship management with assigned and recruited candidates

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Post-Secondary Education – University Degree or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
• Well-established confidence and the ability to engage effectively with people
• Strong contributor who seeks to perform above the requirements of their position
• Ambitious self-starter interested in learning the business and personal development
• Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Prior recruitment industry experience is mandatory
